Welcome to the WebForce Media Affiliate Program!

Thank you for your interest in our Affiliate Program. We are excited to have you join us! To ensure clarity on what is permitted and acceptable, please review our Affiliate Agreement. This Agreement defines how the WebForce Media Affiliate Program operates, our roles and responsibilities, how Affiliates are compensated, and what your roles and responsibilities are as an Affiliate.

Important Information

Affiliates must comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003 and any other applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Affiliates must not register or use domains with the wording "WebForce Media," or any similar terms.
Affiliates must not disparage or misrepresent WebForce Media or any of its properties using words like "scam" or "rip-off."
Affiliates must not bid on or attempt to acquire any rights in WebForce Media or any of its trademarks, copyrights, or service marks.
Affiliates must not promote WebForce Media on sites with inappropriate content, as determined by WebForce Media.
Participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of these terms. Violation may result in forfeiture of commissions earned.
Affiliates are solely responsible for the results of their actions.

Introduction

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Affiliate") and WebForce Media ("we," "us," "our"). Your participation in the Affiliate Program is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions. You are deemed to have accepted this Agreement by applying to participate in the Affiliate Program.

Who Can Be an Affiliate?

All Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

What Does an Affiliate Do?

An Affiliate is an online marketer who promotes WebForce Media's services or products through approved channels.

How Does This Affiliate Program Work?

To participate, you must apply to become an Affiliate, enabling you to create an "Affiliate Link"—a unique web URL or hyperlink containing your Affiliate ID to track referred traffic to WebForce Media. When a visitor uses your Affiliate Link to purchase a product or service, you receive a commission on the sale.

Payments

Commissions are paid no sooner than 30 days after a customer purchases through your link.

Expect payouts between 30-60 days after the sale.

All payouts are made in Australian dollars via PayPal.

There is a minimum payout threshold of AUD $100.

If your commission is less than AUD $100, you may request a manual payout by emailing [email protected].

Chargebacks

If a customer requests a refund up to 12 months from the date of sale, we will deduct the commission paid for that sale from future payments.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Providing Correct Information: You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or delayed payments.

Username and Password: You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. WebForce Media is not liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorised use of your account.

Prohibited Actions: You agree not to purchase products using your own affiliate link, misrepresent WebForce Media, or engage in activities that harm the WebForce Media brand.

Spam Policy

Affiliates must comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003. We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam. Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Affiliate Links

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their Affiliate Links are correctly formatted. We are not responsible for failure to receive commissions due to incorrect links.

Intellectual Property (IP)

Ownership: All trademarks, service marks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in our websites and materials belong to WebForce Media or our licensors.

Use of IP: You may use specific logos and images provided by WebForce Media for promotional purposes only, as permitted in the "Affiliate Resource" section of our website. Unauthorised use or modification of IP is prohibited.

Guarantees, Liability, and Disclaimers

Warranties: WebForce Media provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind.

No Income Guarantee: We make no guarantee regarding the potential income that can be generated through your participation.

Limitation of Liability: WebForce Media will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in relation to this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

Term and Termination

Term: This Agreement becomes effective immediately upon your acceptance and continues until terminated.

Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice. In cases of breach by the Affiliate, no further commission payments will be made.

Miscellaneous

Waiver: Any waiver of rights under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of any other rights.

Independent Contractor: Affiliates act as independent contractors. No legal partnership or joint venture is created.

Amendments: We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Feedback: Any feedback you provide may be used to improve our Affiliate Program without compensation.

Affiliate Branding

Affiliates must follow our branding guidelines, using only approved logos and materials as specified. Unauthorised use of our brand names or variations is prohibited.
