1.2 Subscription Terms and Automatic Payment

A WebForce Media user is responsible for paying all sums due to WebForce Media in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Your account will be charged the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the upcoming subscription period (monthly or yearly), along with any accumulated charges from the previous period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the WebForce Media user to utilise any of the services does not relieve the payment obligations under these Terms.

1.3 Payment Methods

Potential users can pay by credit card or debit card. Payment details will be securely collected by us through our financial data collection mechanism. You agree that we may hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used, along with details of payment due dates. Payments are due on a recurring basis as per the payment terms of the purchased service unless the subscription is canceled as outlined in these Terms.

1.4 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial to new users who register with the Site. The account will be charged according to the user’s chosen subscription at the end of the free trial unless a formal cancellation is received before the end of the trial.

1.5 Failed Monthly or Annual Payments

If payments are delinquent for 7 days, we reserve the right to delete the account and any associated user accounts.

  • Full Refund Within 30 Days: If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of signing up. This guarantee only applies to the first 30 days of your initial subscription and does not include any payments made beyond this period.

  • Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must submit a refund request within 30 days of your initial subscription date to [email protected].

  • Refund Process: Upon approval of your refund request, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

3. Access to WebForce Media Ecosystem: Including All Digital Assets, Ad Templates, Report Templates, Automations, and Training Materials

With your membership to WebForce Media, you receive access to our exclusive WebForce-only Digital Assets, Training Materials, Dashboards, Reports, and Ad-related Data tracking tools. All of these materials are protected by trademarks and copyrights held by WebForce Media. They are exclusively for use within WebForce Media platforms by current members.

If you cancel your membership, you will lose access to all data within the WebForce Media ecosystem, including ad designs, dashboards, reports, templates, and training materials.
